When they moved into their new home, it was important to Kristie-ann and Brad to teach their kids how to take care of the environment. The Lyons also run a family daycare out of their home, and knew that sustainability was a crucial component to their accreditation. Alongside composting, recycling, and keeping chickens, the Lyons decided to install a Solahart Solar Hot Water system and a Solar Power (PV) system in order to give back to the Earth. The Lyons say their Solahart system has turned their house into a forever home, where they can raise the next generation of environmentally-conscious kids.
