Great Products Top of the line, compared to all others in the market
Great Service. There admin organised an in home appointment that suited me. The Salesman brought satellite information about the position of our house and from that he was able to show us clearly where best to place the panels to achieve best outcomes over the whole day. The software package was able to produce what if scenarios which answered all our question completely both good and bad out comes.
Value for Money. We have a 25 year warranty from the manufacturer and from Solahart. I have used Solahart on another house and when it was due for a service call they called us and arranged a time to suit us.
The install teams, both Solar hot water system and Solar Panels/System were installed on the same day, 4 tradesmen. All the tradesmen knew their work, knew the products completely and answered all our questions which were asked all day, nothing was a guess and all answers were clear.
We were called the next day and the Salesmen attended our home and reviewed the install with us and resolved questions we had not asked before.
We have an app on our phone which is linked to the Solar Panels/System and also to Solahart Balcatta, this provides us a constant stream of information and provides Solahart Balcatta a fault finding system and connection, we are not left on our own, Solahart Balcatta are with us for the long haul.
