Mark brings over 25 years of industry experience, having held senior service management roles at major organisations including Siemens, Rheem, and RCR Haden. In 2015, he took the bold step to build his own business, later expanding into the Solahart network. Since acquiring the Solahart Eastern Ranges dealership, Mark and his team have earned multiple awards for outstanding sales and service, reflecting their unwavering focus on customer satisfaction and long-term value.

Meet the Team
Mark Baker
General Manager
Mark has been local to our Solahart Dealership for most of his life; Mark started his career as an Electrician Apprentice, after qualifying he went on to manage Service and Sales in Automated Building Technologies at Siemens also in Bayswater. Moving to Rheem Australia in 2007 to manage their after-sales service team for Victoria and Tasmania. As VIC/TAS Service Manager he gained an expert knowledge in all types of hot water applications. In 2015 Mark opened the Solahart Eastern Ranges business. Whilst also being an electrician by trade; Mark has since achieved his Clean Energy Council Grid Connect Solar Design and Installation Accreditation.

Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist
Nicole is the first point of call for our customers, handling enquiries and bookings. She is the friendly face of the business and the warm voice on the end of the phone.
Brooke Rout
Customer Service & Administration Specialist
Brooke works with Nicole with the set-up of new jobs and processing the paperwork once an installation is complete. If you need assistance with completing your Solar Victoria rebate application or have any questions about the application then Brooke is your go to.

Darcy is a fully qualified electrician, solar & battery installer who runs our solar installations, servicing and other electrical work. and makes sure that our installs are completed to the highest standard.
Peter Gruener
A Grade Electrician
Peter is a fully qualified electrician who assists with our solar installations, servicing and other electrical work and keeps the team organised. Mark was Peter's electrical apprentice back in the day!
